The Bushley Village Hall is a modern hall amenity set in the heart of picturesque Bushley, a village located only 1.5 miles outside Tewkesbury just off the Ledbury Road (A438). The postcode is GL20 6HT.

It is situated in Churchend on the main road in Bushley, next to St Peter’s church. There is a large car park with space for approx. 70 cars.

The Village Hall offers excellent facilities for various functions, occasions and celebrations such as wedding receptions, christenings, birthday parties, dances as well as concerts, drama/school performances, exercise classes, community group meetings just to mention a few

Booking

The Village Hall and its facilities can be booked for regular events on a weekly or monthly basis and for one off events.

History

The village hall was opened in 1970, and has recently been refurbished throughout. The seating has been replaced with soft seated chairs, the lighting re-designed, the ceiling lowered and the kitchen crockery etc. renewed. The bar has recently been refurbished.

The hall is run and funded by the village community of Bushley who welcome people from the surrounding areas to make use of this lovely modern hall.

The Bushley Village Hall has a large main hall with a permanent stage, a fully fitted kitchen and bar facilities at the opposite end. There is also a smaller meeting room with a capacity of 10 people.

Main hall – large open hall with parquet wood flooring and stage, capacity up to 120 seated | Measurements: 11m x 14m plus 3mx3m (side of bar)

Small meeting room with a capacity up to 10 people is perfect for small meetings.

A spacious kitchen with cutlery and crockery and plenty of work surfaces is available for catering. It comes with a water heater, electric cooker and separate microwave, dishwasher, under counter fridge and double stainless steel sink. The kitchen has a serving hatch through to the main hall.

There is direct access to the kitchen from the car park.

Range of tables (long, square) and chairs are available for use.

Licensed bar facilities (Barman available on request)
